About Us

We offer workforce solutions to districts within the Greater Houston area and with partnering school districts outside of the region. The program builds a strong foundation and sustainable apprenticeship pipeline with districts, community colleges, and universities as a proactive response to the teacher shortage crisis. The apprenticeship program produces trained, knowledgeable, and skilled teachers who are prepared to meet the needs of all students and ensure excellent, equitable outcomes.
