Teacher Incentive Allotment

tia-logoThe Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA) was established during the 86th legislative session through House Bill (HB) 3 to recruit, retain, and reward highly effective teachers. Top-performing teachers could earn one of the following designations; Recognized, Exemplary, or Master Teacher. There are two pathways in which teachers can earn designations one is through districts developing a Local Designations System (LDS) and the other is through National Board Certification.

We strive to meet your needs by combining our experience and expertise with your knowledge and ideas to support you in achieving your TIA goals. This can be accomplished through contracted services, micro-bundling of support, and more! Please see below for more information about the various parts of TIA and how Region 4 is the District Advancement Champion you need!
