Presentation Title

Session Description
Observation and Feedback

Observation and feedback are essential skills to initiate change and promote exemplary instructional practices. Instructional leaders will learn to improve their coaching and mentoring interactions by building their tool kit in observing teachers, identifying key action steps, providing effective feedback, and monitoring and following up.

Leading PD: Living the Learning

The fastest way to grow and develop a skill, is to See it, be able to Name it, and then be able to Do it. Effective professional development allows teachers adequate time to learn, practice, implement, and reflect upon new strategies. In this session you will explore an effective approach to leading professional development through the See It, Name It, Do It framework.

Finding the Time

Working longer hours doesn't always reduce our to do list. Join us as we explore ways to build a feasible schedule, help you defend your time, and manage your tasks in order to achieve more predictable outcomes.

Change Management -

Shrinking the Change

If there is one constant in our leadership positions it is change. In this session, participants will learn research-based, strategic approaches in planning for leading and supporting staff when change is necessary and difficult.

Facilitating PLC's

This session will support leaders in fostering the PLC process. Participants will focus on ensuring teachers and instructional leaders discover the vital role they each play in the facilitation of the PLC process, as well as explore resources to support collaborative teacher teams.
