We believe in The Region 4 RDSPD respects that the deaf and hard of hearing community is both culturally and linguistically diverse. As a result, the philosophy utilized throughout the program is one that demonstrates student choice. |
We believe in The program is based on the belief that all communication options that are available to the family should be explored in an unbiased and neutral manner so that families can decide what is best for their children. Upon choosing a communication mode, instructional options for children turning 3 years old will be investigated and implemented collaboratively. |
