Region 4 provides resources designed to meet federal and state guidelines for transition services for students with disabilities. Region 4 also works with Texas Transition Student Centered Transition Network to promote communication and collaboration between stakeholders and to ensure that all students have access to comprehensive transition planning.
Region 4 is available to provide technical assistance and training to districts, campuses, and charter schools in all areas of transition planning for students with disabilities.
