Perkins IV requires that recipients annually review CTE programs to ensure appropriate size, scope, and quality of programs. Region 4's CTE Program Evaluation Survey gathers important data online from all stakeholders—teachers, students, business partners, and administrators—and at the same time meets the required annual evaluation.

After data collection, Region 4 provides the results online in easy-to-read charts and graphs that you can use to implement program monitoring and improvement measures. This online tool is sold as a subscription from July through June, annually.
