Leadership Fusion: Summit for School Leaders

The Leadership Fusion: Summit for School Leaders features national speakers who are at the forefront of educational leadership. Topics vary each year, drawing on best practices from the field in the areas of school improvement, change management, communication, accountability, vision, culture, climate, and team building.

This year's guest presenter is Todd Nesloney, an award-winning education leader, author, and international speaker!

Find Out What's Best for Kids and Do It!

Working in an environment where almost 90% of students were on free-and-reduced lunch, Nesloney faced many challenges that he overcame through persistence, innovation, and a passion for doing what’s best for kids, despite the limitations.

Provided More Than 17K Books for Students!

One innovative project included hosting one of the largest book fairs in Scholastic’s history, which provided students with more than 17,000 books to take home.

Discover Nesloney's formula for success, including ideas and strategies for motivating teachers and staff and cultivating a transformative learning environment for students.

About the Speaker

Nesloney is the director of culture and strategic leadership for the Texas Elementary Principals and Supervisors Association (TEPSA) and the author of Sparks in the Dark and his newest book When Kids Lead.

He has been nationally recognized by the White House as a Connected Educator “Champion of Change,” and by the National School Board Association as one of the “20 to Watch” in Education.
