The Accountability and Leadership Solutions (ALS) Department is committed to assisting with Program Monitoring and Interventions that support the state’s goals for public education in reviewing, evaluating, monitoring and intervening with campuses and their districts to ensure excellence in education for all students. A trained team is fully committed to providing differentiated supports in the following areas:
Understanding and implementing state/federal rules and regulations for compliance in state and federal programs
Technical support with data collection, analysis, and ISAM submission processes as required by TEA
Support for ongoing effectiveness monitoring of student performance initiatives, planning, and decision making
Support for development, revision, and implementation of campus and district improvement plans and full integration of the school improvement process
Assistance with analysis of data, including RDA (Results Driven Accountability formerly known as PBMAS) reports, state accountability data tables, TELPAS, RF Tracker, and relevant PEIMS data
Technical assistance and support preparing for targeted, onsite visits from TEA regarding current and/or longitudinal local education agency data, including entrance and exit meeting supports

TEA Secure Environment (TEASE) Log-in
This site provides authorized users access to secure reports, submissions, and communications between the district/campus and the Texas Education Agency. Various applications are available and are used based on the individual needs of the person requesting access.
