Administrator Induction for First-Year Principals and Assistant Principals - Year-Long Cohort

Gain best practice ideas for growing your leadership with this training program for new campus administrators. The Region 4 New Administrator Induction fulfills Texas Administrative Code §241.25.

 

Leadership topics include: Accountability, Community Engagement, Observation and Feedback, Relationship Building, Time Management, High-Impact Leadership Strategies and more!

 

 

 

 

 

PROGRAM OPTION 1 - Fee: $695 per person

  • Orientation for mentors and new administrators (half-day session)
  • Two professional development sessions
  • Final induction session
  • Vital Smarts® Crucial Conversations: Tools for Talking when the Stakes Are High training and participant toolkit
  • Mentors attend for free!

 

PROGRAM OPTION 2 - Fee: $395 per person

  • Orientation for mentors and new administrators (half-day session)
