Virtual Texas Accountability Support System Workshops to Help Lead Your Campus to Success

Reach your maximum potential in the new state accountability system and lead your campus to success. The following sessions are designed to assist campus administrators in understanding the A–F Texas Accountability System, in addition to learning high-leverage strategies that will help the campus make the grade.



The following sessions will be provided via Zoom:

  • October 14—Domain I: Student Achievement—Strategic PLC Framework, Teacher Action Plans, and Monitoring
  • October 28—Domain II: School Progress—Program Evaluating, Goal Setting, and Progress Monitoring
  • November 4—Domain III: Closing the Gaps—Current Performance of Students, Evaluation of Tiered Instruction, and Teacher Efficacy


Administrator Induction 1-Year Academy

For First-Year Principals and Assistant Principals to Help Grow Your Leadership Capacity

The Region 4 New Administrator Induction Program has gone virtual! This 1-year academy is ideal for helping first-year principals and assistant principals to grow their leadership while fulfilling Texas Administrative Code §241.25.


Meetings are held at three locations within the region: West, East, and Southeast. All sessions will begin in an online format and will move to face-to-face as state and local guidelines allow. Mentors attend at no cost.





  • 4 Cohort Meetings at Your Choice of Location: WEST, EAST, or SOUTHEAST Region
  • Develop Professional Network: Connect with Peers and Mentor Support
  • Leadership Hot Topics: High-Impact Leadership Strategies, Relationship Building, Community Engagement, Time Management, and Observation and Feedback

Explore Training For the Texas Principal Evaluation and Support System

The Texas Principal Evaluation and Support System (T-PESS) Update training is for staff members from school districts and charter schools who will be utilizing the T-PESS model to evaluate and support principals. This training will be provided at no cost.
