Valley View ISD is located in Cooke County in North Texas. The school offers a small school environment where students and teachers are partners in the learning process. With a pupil/teacher ration of 15:1, students are given the individual attention needed for them to excel.

Wichita Falls is needing 5 EC-6 certified bilingual teachers(1 for 3rd gr and 4 for 4th gr self contained). The bilingual program implemented in WFISD is a late-exit transitional bilingual program. There are a total of 25 bilingual teachers now in grades PK-3rd. We have incredible administration support and are still growing.
Wichita Falls is a very comfortable place to live, with a cost of living lower than all big cities around it and "no traffic and a 10-minute drive to anywhere in town." There is a state university and a plethora of shopping places and restaurants. It is also within a two-hour drive to Dallas.
I am the Director of Foreign Languages in charge of the bilingual and ESL program implementation in WFISD. I am an ITESM of Monterrey alumni and came her with an H1B visa (so I know everything you go through if you are here with one or in need of one). Our superintendent support H1B visa holders and our district supports sponsoring for permanent residency. I am from Monterrey and Spanish is my native language.
We have attended these job fairs for over ten years now and are very pleased and happy with candidates we have hired in the past - we look forward to having more great bilingual teachers in WFISD for next year!
