Instructional Coaching

Engaging, collaborative, job-embedded, data-driven, and classroom-focused are just a few of the words used to describe our training for  instructional coaching training. This four-part training series is designed to strengthen the skill sets of instructional coaches, and campus and district level instructional leaders to support new and experienced teachers.  This professional learning series covers the most relevant topics to instructional leaders today, including but not limited to:
 
  • The Coaching Cycle;
  • Coaching Up a Productive Classroom Learning Environment;
  • Coaching Teachers to Utilize Effective Internalization Protocols; and
  • Leveraging Research-Based Instructional Strategies to Increase Student Engagement.
 
Each workshop is scheduled for six hours and is facilitated in-person.
