The Center for Educator Development, Transformation, and Organizational Culture serves to certify, train, and professionally develop aspiring, new, and experienced teachers, counselors, and principals.
The Center also supports districts in the strategic creation and implementation of career pathways that transform the way we staff classrooms with teachers and schools with administrators. It supports effective teacher development programs for both certified and non-certified personnel, compensation plans that reward staff for high levels of student achievement, and grow-your-own programs for talent pipelines and succession planning.
Center programs will help districts promote a supportive and productive work environment through the creation and maintenance of a comprehensive human capital management system for recruiting, hiring, developing, and recognizing employees.
