Galena Park ISD Board of Trustees Named 2017 Texas Honor Board

The Galena Park ISD Board of Trustees, the 2017 Region 4 Outstanding School Board, has been selected as one of five 2017 Texas Honor Boards as part of the Texas Association of School Administrators (TASA) annual School board Awards Program. The 2017 Texas Outstanding School Board will be announced October 6–8, 2017, at the 2017 TASA/TASB Convention in Dallas, Texas.

The Galena Park ISD Board of Trustees was chosen for its exemplary level of dedication and commitment to the students and taxpayers in Galena Park ISD as well as its positive working relationship between the board members and superintendent.
