anita-villarrealAnita Villarreal is the Texas State Coordinator for Title I, Part A with the Texas Education Agency. Throughout her career, she has focused on migrant education, parent involvement, and drop-out prevention programs.





grace-england-v2Dr. Grace England, Ph.D., was an educational specialist for the U.S. Department of Defense, a special education director for Klein ISD, and an associate professor of University of St. Thomas. She created the state’s first early childhood intervention program, KEEP PACE, and Klein ISD’s Therapeutic Education Program.
