This Academy is designed for currently certified educators (K-12) who aspire to become school administrators. Participants will build competency in the Administrator Standards that are required in Texas Administrative Code 149 BB and will receive specific feedback on communication, educational leadership, and strategic planning skills as they apply to the role of the administrator. The Academy activities are designed to provide the bridge between preparation programs and the reality of the administrators' daily role.
