Weekly Update 8/15/15
Attached is your latest Weekly Update. Please make sure you look carefully at the important TEA information regarding clarifications for SPP submissions. You are highly encouraged to participate in the clarification process! This could result in TEA determining correction before finding, and not issuing a letter of noncompliance based on the current submission. The documents attached explain the directions for completing the process.
In addition, there is a last chance for certifying applications that were not submitted and certified by the August 12 deadline. All applications have been re-opened.
SPP indicators 7 and 14 will remain open until 11:59:59 pm Wednesday, August 19. Districts listed as “Inactive”, “Complete”, or “Not Certified” will have one last opportunity to submit their data during this extension period.
SPP indicators 11, 12, and 13 will remain open until 11:59:59 pm Wednesday, August 26. Districts listed as “Inactive”, “Complete”, or “Not Certified” will have one last opportunity to submit their data during this extension/clarification period.
Districts who do not make any clarifications or do nothing before the extension period ends, will be issued a letter of noncompliance reflecting the submission received on August 12.
