The Superintendent Certification Program is a program designed for experienced administrators to obtain superintendent certification through a state approved plan.
All of the Region 4 Educator Certification Programs are approved by the State Board for Educator Certification (SBEC). Additional information regarding program approval and teaching credentials in the state of Texas can be found at the SBEC website at
www.sbec.state.tx.us. Program rules and requirements are subject to change at any time due to SBEC requirements.
