SBEC’s G/T Supplemental Certificate
The State Board of Education (SBEC) is now offering a G/T Supplemental TExES exam. Those teachers passing the exam will receive a Gifted and Talented Certification. G/T Performance Standards Project
Region 4 is proud to have had eight districts participate in this state initiative; Aldine ISD, La Porte ISD, Pasadena ISD, Houston ISD, Galena Park ISD, Alvin ISD, Lamar ISD, and Friendwood ISD. G/T Students in grades 4th, 8th, or exit level have participated in this performance based project.
